A Bumpboard purchase buys temporary placement on Bumpboard only. It does not buy or guarantee App Store ranking, downloads, reviews, ratings, revenue, or any other result.
The service
Bumpboard is an independent weekly discovery board for publicly available iPhone and iPad apps. A completed purchase places the submitted app at the top of the current Bumpboard board. Later purchases may move other apps above it.
Bumpboard is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Apple Inc. “App Store” and related marks belong to Apple.
Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and authorized to promote the app you submit. By using the service, you confirm that your submission and payment comply with applicable law and these terms.
App submissions
You may submit only a valid public Apple App Store listing. You grant Bumpboard permission to display the app’s name, icon, description, category, rating, and App Store link for operating and promoting the board.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights associated with your submission. Do not submit deceptive, unsafe, infringing, adult, gambling, malicious, or otherwise unlawful content.
Pricing, payment, and refunds
The current one-time price is displayed before checkout. Each completed bump increases the next displayed price by $1. Payment is processed by Stripe, and taxes may be added when required.
Because placement begins after a successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. We may refund duplicate charges, purchases we cannot deliver, or other cases required by law. If we remove an otherwise eligible app before providing its placement, we will refund the corresponding bump.
Placement and weekly reset
A bump moves your app to the top of Bumpboard at that moment. It remains listed until the weekly reset, but its position may change whenever another app is bumped. The board currently resets Sunday at 23:59 UTC.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a minimum number of visitors, clicks, downloads, ratings, reviews, or sales.
Moderation and acceptable use
We may reject, hide, or remove submissions that violate these terms, create risk for users, misuse the service, or could damage Bumpboard. You may not interfere with the board, automate abusive requests, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate payments, or use the service to mislead people.
Availability, disclaimers, and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms when the service changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bumpboard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
